Alot of times society has a way of praising only one “body type” making the majority of other people hate and be ashamed of their bodies because they rarely see people who look like them getting positive recognition. I’m backing my “CHUBBY GIRLS TASTE BETTER ” movement to let people know there’s nothing more special and beautiful than someone being unapologetically their self.

Comfortable in their perfect imperfections to me that’s beauty and self love at it’s finest. I’m on a mission to build body confidence even if it’s only one body at a time. I stand on the forefront and fight against negative body image, no good can come from it. With the media ” body shaming ” It gives people a distorted perception of their self, A belief that their body type is a sign of personal failure.

Body shaming promotes suicide, eating disorders, anxiety, depression and isolation. That alone should cause more concern than any number on a scale. With the rise of depression and suicide in our community I feel we should speak life into other people. Give them a clear perception of what “Positive” body image is. Help them celebrate and appreciate their natural body as it is. I want men and women to make sure they never start seeing their selves through the eyes of those who don’t value them. I want them to know and recognize their worth even if others don’t. I give my all empowering people to love their bodies.

Promoting self love can cure Alot of things. It can also build a strong foundation to stand on to reach out and help others that may need a little extra encouragement and uplifting. When you love yourself out loud it can silence the negativity around you.
