We live in a diet culture and we are taught from such a young age that all of our bodies need to look a certain way in order to be considered “good” or “beautiful”. I fell into this trap for 10 years, was an extreme dieter and I was totally miserable.

It was only when I discovered Intuitive Eating and self love that I truly realized that this whole time I didn’t want to be skinny, I just wanted to be happy!

But in order to be happy we need to love ourselves and feel good in the skin that we’re in. At You Ain’t Your Weight we teach women all over the world how to escape the diet mentality and learn to love themselves again. We do this through group coaching and private coaching with a big focus on Intuitive Eating and repairing your relationship with food. No matter what type of body you have, it is a good body worthy of all the love and care you have to give.

All bodies are welcome here because we know you can truly be healthy at every size and you deserve the inner peace that comes with feeling good in the skin that you’re in.We encourage body diversity by giving all women the power to celebrate their bodies no matter what!
