Meet Rena Abramoff and Julia Abasova from Staten Island, NY –two 50-something women, immigrants, friends, partners and the proud owners of Bandelettes.
Having backgrounds unrelated to fashion these two women created and produced a new fashion accessory Bandelettes Thigh Bands – an innovative glamorous way to address one of the most common women’s problem – thigh chaffing, in a fashionable and pretty way. Bandelettes are stretchy lace bands with silicone backing lightly wrap around the thighs and bring to an end skin to skin rubbing while turning unattractive (and embarrassing for many) problem into a pretty look, enhancing confidence and well-being with one simple accessory and giving thousands of women a new way to wear dresses and skirts without experiencing this painful thigh chaffing. Bandelettes come in various colors and 6 sizes covering pants size from 2 to 24.
